We loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location in the center of the village was perfect for exploring and enjoying the local atmosphere. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. The hotel amenities were outstanding, from the spacious and well-appointed rooms to the beautiful terrace and garden area. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

swimming pool is tiny, it is a summer pool with cover for winter. size of the pool is not suitable for swimming but rather for children to bath with their parents:(

The level of all services is very high. The wellness centre is always above expectations. Gastronomy is simply excellent.

Great food and friendly staff. The pool was nice and warm. The hotel was in a good location - easy to get to the ski areas and there were plenty of shops nearby. Being able to help ourselves to drinks throughout the day was a nice touch.
The room was very small and basic, not what we expected. The walls were thin and we could hear the noise from the street and other guests.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and I had access to a well-maintained pool and relaxing spa area. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to many area attractions, including the ski areas. The staff members were friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from.
Everything was spot on.

Had a great time here! the family who run the place were very welcoming and always made us feel like we belonged. the food was amazing- we loved the organic ingredients! the ski slopes were just a short trip away and there were plenty of activities to do nearby, like visiting the city or other ski areas. the pool was nice and warm- perfect for an evening dip.
There were some flies around due to the cows outside but the staff provided us with fly swatters so it wasn't too bad. the doors to the rooms can be a little loud when closing, which was noticeable at night.

Located in the heart of a ski paradise, this hotel is perfect to explore the area - it is super close to major ski resorts, the Weisssee glacier area and the train station for skiing. the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the service was top-notch throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold items, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. We loved the modern and comfortable setting of the hotel, with its wonderful wellness area and heated lockers for skiing equipment.
The hotel lacked a decent internet connection which was a bit frustrating at times.
